Something about meatloaf--the way it looks, the way it feels, the way it tastes, the name--prevents me from getting overly excited about it.

  1. Everyone in my house loves meatloaf, both beef and turkey kinds. Especially the day after, when I make toasted meatloaf sandwiches with the leftovers. Sorry it doesn't thrill you as much as it does us.

  2. Jeez, I just meant that meatloaf didn't excite me enough to discuss it at length. I love meatloaf as much as the next guy, especially that guy who has to cook for his family. And yes, I agree that day-after meatloaf sandwiches are even better.
