For meetings hosted at WHO WPRO, we typically provide a courtesy reception either on the opening or on the closing evening, but rarely both.  

This time, however, the participants had paid for their own airfares and accommodations, so the decision was made for us to feed them breakfast-lunch-dinner during their stay.  

Tonight was the closing reception (see previously 5.311 Stuffed Mushroom...).

The venue was the iconic Maynila Room of the legendary Manila Hotel (see generally 2.121 Paella Negra...).

Partying, WHO style.

All participants dancing to "Happy," choreography led by our division (responsible for promoting physical activity).
